In addition to the General Terms, these terms and conditions govern the use of The Design Hammock Outsourcing services. By contracting The Design Hammock for the services a client will be lawfully regarded as having agreed to their use of the services specified being governed by this Agreement.
Application and Initiation
- Application and initiation will be dealt with as per the general terms.
- Service charges for contractors are described in the Estimate.
Privacy
- The use of each contractor will be discussed beforehand with the client as part of the project onboarding and hiring process. The engagement with the contractor will be subject to:
- a signed non-disclosure agreement, and
- approval for contractor onboarding by the client
Applicable services
- The outsourced services that can be requested by the client include:
- design services,
- copywriting services,
- content creation services, and
- development services
