One conversation to establish two things: what you actually need, and whether I'm the right person to build it. No sales pitch, no pressure. And if the honest answer is “you don't need me”, I'll say so.

Scope on Paper
Audit or proposal
When the scope is clear, I put a fixed price in front of you and we move. When it isn't (a legacy site, a big catalog, custom logic), I run the Audit first: written findings, prioritised recommendations, and a Statement of Work you can sign with your eyes open. No blind quotes. No scope creep landing on your invoice halfway through. By the time you commit, every number and milestone is already on paper, so the only surprises left are the good kind. Go ahead within 30 days and 50% of the Audit fee comes straight off your build.

Build & Iterate
Milestone delivery
Short cycles on a live staging site, with weekly updates on WhatsApp and email. Each milestone has a 5-business-day review window and two revision rounds, and you sign off before the next phase starts. Mid-build ideas are welcome and never silently absorbed: small changes are Change Requests, bigger ones get a one-page Change Order you sign before I build it.

Launch, Handover & Care
Full ownership at handover
On final payment I deploy to production and transfer everything: credentials, code, IP. Your domain, platform subscription, and accounts were registered in your name from the start. I'm just the administrator. Every build carries a 30-day defect warranty and transitions onto a Care plan so it stays fast, secure, and backed up.
