This addendum applies to one-off, fixed-fee projects for technical setup and configuration. It covers services like setting up your Google Workspace (OUs, policies), configuring a Jira project, or a one-off server implementation. This document governs the implementation of existing tools, separating it from our code development or strategic advisory addenda.

This addendum governs our “Agile Development” retainer. It applies when you engage our development team (the coders) on a monthly, retainer basis. This service is for the hands-on, technical work of building your product in agile sprints. It explicitly excludes the separate management services (Product Owner, Scrum Master), which are covered by our Agile Management Retainer Addendum.

This addendum is for our “Flexible Support Retainer.” It provides a pre-paid monthly “bucket of hours” for an existing application. These hours are flexible and can be used for both technical support/bug fixes and new feature development.

This addendum governs our “Custom Product Development” retainer. It applies when you engage our agile team (Product Owner, Scrum Master) on a monthly basis. This service is for evolving a product where the scope is flexible and managed via a backlog, not fixed upfront.

This is our foundational partnership agreement. It outlines the core legal terms (like payment, confidentiality, and liability) that apply to all services and projects. This document works in tandem with a specific Service Addendum and your Statement of Work (SoW).
